Not a walk-in 24-hour emergency facility. In principle, this service is for existing clinic patients. Call and receive acceptance confirmation before travelling. If the call reaches voicemail, leave a message and wait for a callback if care is possible. If there is no reply after 15 minutes, the clinic's instructions say to find another facility. An after-hours fee is charged in addition to the consultation fee, and night care is paid on the day. Confirm the amount and same-day availability by phone.
