Terms and disclaimers

ねこふぁん is an information service for searching and viewing cat cafés and similar places, including prices, amenities, conditions and verification status. The Operator may add, change, suspend or discontinue content without prior notice.

Listings are prepared from official and other available sources at the time of verification, but accuracy, completeness and freshness are not guaranteed. Check prices, hours, amenities, age restrictions and laptop rules with the café and make your own visit decisions.

The Cat Work Score is a reference value created by applying a consistent method to public information. It does not mean the café endorses laptop work and does not guarantee comfort, crowd levels or any particular experience.

Hospital hours, accepted animals and emergency availability are reference information organized from official sources, not a diagnosis, clinical direction or guarantee of admission. Always call the facility before traveling, including in an emergency, and follow the facility or veterinarian's directions.

Videos are third-party content hosted on YouTube and selected after the editorial team checks their source and public availability. The Operator does not guarantee or endorse their accuracy, continued availability or creator views. Confirm professional and primary sources for medical or care decisions.

Contributors must not submit content that infringes rights, is false or unlawfully promotional, contains personal information, or is illegal or harmful. The Operator may verify, decline or edit submissions as reasonably needed.

A contributor confirms that the declaration is accurate, they are authorized to provide the photo, and every identifiable adult has consented to web publication. When non-exclusive permission is selected, the contributor grants the Operator free, non-exclusive permission to review, resize, crop, remove metadata and publish the photo on ねこふぁん and related social announcements with translated context. CC BY or CC0 selections follow their respective license terms. Copyright does not transfer. Publication is not guaranteed, and a photo may be declined or removed for rights, privacy or cat-welfare reasons.

You must not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, perform excessive automated collection, misuse data, impersonate others, or violate applicable law or public order.

Official café sites, maps and other external services are operated by their providers. Rights in café names, logos and photographs belong to their respective owners. Original text, structure, design and edited datasets on ねこふぁん belong to the Operator or other lawful owners.

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for loss arising from use of the service, listing information, external services, or changes and interruptions. Where applicable law does not permit an exclusion, liability is handled only to the extent required by that law.

We may update these terms when necessary. Material changes will be clearly announced on the site, and updated terms apply when posted.
