This is not a dedicated night-emergency hospital. After-hours emergencies are generally not accepted. Call and leave a voicemail; a callback in about 15–30 minutes is only possible when the clinic can respond. With one veterinarian, tests or procedures may be unavailable and only first aid may be provided. If unreachable or the case is urgent, contact another emergency hospital.
