Unannounced arrivals are not accepted. Leave your name, phone number and animal's condition on voicemail. A callback is usually within 15 minutes if the clinic can respond, but surgery or overlapping requests may prevent a reply. If no reply arrives within 15 minutes, the official instructions say to contact another clinic. Callbacks may have a withheld number, so blocking anonymous calls may prevent contact. Existing patients take priority when requests overlap. An after-hours fee is additional; confirm fees and acceptance by phone. This does not guarantee 24-hour intake.
