How to attend
The festival is free and does not require booking. Animals may not be brought into the venue, except assistance dogs. Check the prefecture's future updates for participating animals, adoption terms and application steps.
The festival is free. The notice does not state any costs if an adoption proceeds; ask the organizer.Important notes
Saitama Prefecture lists a dog-and-cat adoption fair as part of the festival, but has not yet published the fair's own hours, participating animals, application process or whether same-day handover is possible. The program may change. The map pin is a reference for the center, not the event entrance.
