How to attend
Fair reception closes at 14:30. Adoption requires a certificate of completion of the pre-adoption course. The official event table lists a course at 14:00, with same-day course applications closing at 13:30. Bring your certificate if you have already completed the course. Confirm participation and eligibility with Matsue Health Office (0852-61-8875).
