How to attend
Register online in advance or at the venue. Registration opens at noon and closes at 3:30 p.m. People planning to adopt are asked to arrive at opening; visitors who are only viewing or considering adoption should arrive after 1 p.m.
The page does not state an admission fee. Ask participating groups about medical or other costs if an adoption proceeds.Important notes
Run by volunteer groups participating in Edogawa City's support program for cats without owners. A one-week to one-month trial is available before a formal adoption; cats are not handed over on the day. Lifetime and indoor-only care are required. The city does not broker adoptions. The map pin is a reference for the facility address, not the event entrance. Check the official notice for changes, participating cats and each group's terms.
